You'll spend your first days tracking tigers, elephants, and over 600 species of birds through the forests and grasslands of the Dhikala zone, before winding up into the hills for boating on Naini Lake, a cable-car ride, and an evening stroll along Mall Road. Day-Wise Detailed Itinerary
Arrival in Delhi & Transfer
Arrive in Delhi where our representative will receive you at the airport or railway station and transfer you to your hotel. Check in and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Drive to Jim Corbett National Park
After breakfast, set off on the scenic drive of roughly 270 km to Jim Corbett National Park. On arrival, check into your forest resort and unwind. Later in the afternoon, head out on a guided jungle walk to spot the park's rich flora and birdlife before returning for dinner and an overnight halt.
Corbett to Dhikala Zone – Jeep Safari & Elephant Ride
After breakfast, transfer into the core Dhikala zone, pausing along the way for wildlife sightings. Once settled into your lodge, join a jeep safari through the grasslands in search of tigers, elephants, and deer. In the afternoon, enjoy an elephant ride and keep an eye out for parakeets, hornbills, barbets, and treeswifts among the park's many resident bird species. Overnight stay at Dhikala.
Ramganga Reservoir & Drive to Nainital
Start the day with a visit to the Ramganga Reservoir, where the observation tower is a favourite spot for birdwatchers to look out for kingfishers, fish-eagles, terns, and storks. Afterward, check out of Corbett and drive up into the hills toward Nainital. Arrive by evening, check into your lake-view hotel, and take a relaxed walk along Mall Road and the shores of Naini Lake.
Nainital Sightseeing & Return Drive to Delhi
After breakfast, enjoy a short boat ride on Naini Lake and visit the Naina Devi Temple on its northern shore. Take the cable car up to Snow View Point for panoramic views of the surrounding hills, weather permitting. Check out by early afternoon and begin the return drive to Delhi, with drop-off at the airport or railway station for your onward journey.
